TERMS & CONDITIONS – TOPLUXHAIR

By placing an order and completing payment with TOPLUXHAIR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions, as well as our Return & Refund Policy.

1. General Agreement

This document constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the Buyer and TOPLUXHAIR.

Any prior discussions, representations, or verbal agreements are superseded by these Terms & Conditions once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

2. Payment Policy

Full Payment : Full payment (100% of the total order value) is required after order confirmation and before production begins.

Transaction & Service Fees : The Buyer is responsible for all applicable transaction fees, transfer charges, taxes, and shipping costs. TOPLUXHAIR must receive the full invoiced amount (net of all fees).

Accepted Payment Methods : We support a variety of secure international payment options, including:

• International Transfer Apps: Taptap, Remitly, Revolut
• Global Money Transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram
• Digital Payments: PayPal, OnePay (Credit/Debit Cards)
• Local Solutions: Exchange agents (regional or international)

3. Order Modification & Cancellation

• Within 24 Hours of Payment: Orders may be modified or canceled for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: Orders are moved into production and can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded.

4. Shipping & Customs Policy

Business Days : Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public and postal holidays.

Production Time : Production typically takes 6–20 business days, depending on order size and customization.

Pre-Shipping Confirmation : Before shipment, we will provide clear photos and videos of your exact order. Shipment will only proceed after your confirmation of quality and quantity.

Estimated Delivery Time : Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days under normal conditions.

Tracking Information : Tracking details will be provided within 1–2 business days after shipment. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Customs Declaration : To help facilitate smoother customs clearance and potentially reduce import duties, shipments may be declared under a standard industry category such as “synthetic fiber.”
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this shipping practice.

Duties & Taxes : All import duties, taxes, and additional customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. Delivery Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

TOPLUXHAIR is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Buyer
• Address changes or redirection requests made directly with the carrier after shipment

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Investigation Process : In the event of a lost shipment, a carrier investigation period of 3–30 days is required. Refunds or replacements will only be considered after the investigation is completed.

Proof of Delivery : We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if the carrier confirms successful delivery with valid proof (such as signature, GPS confirmation, or delivery photo).

Insurance & Claims : Compensation may be considered only if shipping insurance was purchased and the carrier provides official confirmation of loss or damage.

7. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and efficient claims process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.

For any claims related to missing, incorrect, or damaged items, the Buyer should:

• Record a continuous, unedited video from the moment the package is opened
• Clearly show the shipping label, packaging condition, and all items received
• Include real-time narration (voice) during the recording

Please note: Clear video evidence helps us resolve issues much faster. Photos or edited clips may not be sufficient for verification.
