1. How is the hair collected?

Our hair is ethically sourced by purchasing directly from individual donors (primarily Vietnamese women). Each bundle comes from real human hair collected at the source.

2. How is the hair sanitized? (Free of nits and lice)

All hair undergoes a careful cleaning process:

  • Washed with professional shampoo
  • Manually inspected and cleaned
  • Naturally sun-dried before further processing

We also perform additional manual checks to ensure the hair is clean and safe for use.

3. Which stages are completed in-house?

All key production stages are handled in-house, including:

  • Washing and cleaning
  • Drying
  • Manual removal of any nits or impurities
  • Weft construction (machine wefts)
  • Final inspection and re-washing if necessary

4. Are any stages outsourced? How do you ensure quality?

No — all processes are completed in-house.

We maintain strict quality control by hand-checking every bundle before packaging and shipment.

5. How would you describe the hair cuticle?

Our hair is 100% real human hair with intact cuticles, maintaining its natural direction and structure for a smooth and natural appearance.

6. What percentage of cuticles are aligned?

Our hair is 100% Raw Single Donor Hair, with all cuticles intact and aligned in one direction (root to tip).

We offer only one consistent quality — no Double Drawn (DD) or Super Double Drawn (SDD). The hair remains in its natural structure without mixing.

7. Is the hair tangle-free, odor-free, synthetic-free, and lice-free?

Yes. Our hair is:

  • 100% human hair (no synthetic fibers)
  • Clean and odor-free
  • Carefully processed to minimize tangling

8. Are cuticles stripped to create textures or curls?

No. The cuticles are preserved.

Curly and wavy textures are created using a steam process (no harsh chemicals) to maintain hair quality.

9. Is the hair treated with acid or ammonia?

We do not use harsh chemicals in our raw hair.

For colored products only, professional-grade light processing (including controlled bleaching) may be applied to achieve the desired color.

10. Are fillers added to the hair?

No. We do not mix synthetic fibers or fillers into our products.

11. Can you guarantee the hair is Raw Single Donor Hair?

Yes, we fully guarantee it.

We can arrange a live video call to show cuticle alignment and perform a real-time cuticle test for your verification.

12. Can the hair be styled (washed, dyed, bleached, etc.)?

Yes. Our hair can be:

  • Washed and conditioned
  • Dyed or bleached
  • Heat styled (straightened or curled)
  • Chemically treated (with proper care)

13. Will curly hair revert after straightening?

In most cases, yes. With proper care, curly textures can return after heat styling.

14. How are curls created?

All curls and waves are created using a steam-setting method, which helps maintain softness and durability.

15. Is each bundle exactly 100g?

Yes. Each bundle contains 100 grams of hair (excluding packaging).

16. Are wefts single or double drawn?

25. Is there a restocking fee?

No, there is no restocking fee for valid manufacturing issues.
